Natzi style you really have to be kidding me... better yet -- yourself. There are rules -- period. No special rules for your Princely son -- just the rules. No phones, iPods, etc during school is THE rule. Your son knew this as it is posted in nearly every classroom throughout America. I am sure there was no royal decree that gave your heir to your family fortune of intellect a free pass.
There are many schools throughout America that wish they had the efficiency of the parking lot attendant to multitask... you are a very busy man with series work to do -- you should seek some insight from said attendant for some pointers -- maybe you will have some time to put a boot in the backside of your disrespectful son.
Our teachers need to quit taking crap from students with poor home training. Their job is already hard enough. The last thing they need is to get some parent who is naive enough to think his son is a victim.
This issue is really a reflection on you and not you

He was in the lunch room looking at his missed calls when an administator whos job is to roam the parkinglot and hunt down students who dont have a pass stoped him and tried to take his phone. My son who had just goten his phone back refused to give it up, and was delivered a 1 day suspension. He was in the lunch room at the time but on the report it said he was in a place he was not athorized to be using him cell phone. aka t

Of course my kids complain about it but from a parent's point of view, this is a great school. Anytime I've had a problem I've been able to have a meeting with the powers that be and get a resolution. Lots of activities and clubs available, caring teachers, good discipline.
