Le Jardin is behind the gas lamps and wrought iron gates on the left. 163 is through the card-keyed gate, the end unit facing the bay and the center.

In nearby Bay County a new international airport is under construction. Far enough away so as not to notice, close enough to give ready access to a major regional draw. It will be an economic engine in the next few years. New shopping with upscale retail and restaurants have recently opened. The beaches of 30A are nearby. The largest outlet in the country is nearby.
